GIRL'S TEAM:

Our girl's competitive program begins with Level 5 and advances through Level 10. Currently our program has 100 gymnasts. Gymnasts participate year round in practices and competitions, when ready. Compulsory gymnasts practice 12 hours per week during the school year and 16 hours during the summer months. Optional gymnasts practice between 16 - 18 hours per week during the school year and 20 hours during the summer months. Competition begins in November and ends in April/May. Gymnasts compete regularly in Virginia, Maryland & Pennsylvania and once per year do a travel meet such as Florida, Bermuda or Arizona. APEX Gymnastics has qualified gymnasts to states & regionals every year since our opening and has qualified gymnasts to Nationals the past three seasons. APEX currently has gymnasts competing on scholarship at the collegiate level. We also have crowned over 100 state champions and have proven to be one of the best teams in Virginia by consistently placing in the top 8 at every level in the state championships.

BOY'S TEAM:

The APEX Boy's Team has 25 members, classes 4-10. The APEX boy's team has qualified 100% of it's gymnasts to States, Regionals and Nationals this past season. As a team they finished in the top 3 in every level at the state championships! APEX has crowned over 40 individual state or regional champions!
